Every movie theater shall post a notice or sign in English and Spanish advising the public if the feature presentation recommended for children under 13 years of age will include previews or trailers of movies for which it is suggested that children under 17 years of age be accompanied by an adult.\nHistory —Aug. 9, 2002, No. 141, § 3, eff. 90 days after Aug. 9, 2002.
