The Secretary of the Department of Consumer Affairs shall establish through regulations the information to be included in the public notice required in § 2071 of this title, as well as the minimum size required. If possible, the Secretary shall recommend a uniform design and wording for all movie theaters, permanent commercial establishments and itinerant businesses that sell and rent movies in video or any other format, technique or system, subject to the provisions of this chapter.\nHistory —Aug. 9, 2002, No. 141, § 4, eff. 90 days after Aug. 9, 2002.
