The Secretary of the Department of Consumer Affairs is hereby empowered to impose administrative fines of not less than five hundred dollars ($500) nor greater than five thousand dollars ($5,000) for violation of § 2071 of this title, pursuant to §§ 341—341w of Title 3, known as the 'Department of Consumer Affairs Organic Act'.\nHistory —Aug. 9, 2002, No. 141, § 5, eff. 90 days after Aug. 9, 2002.
