For the purposes of application of this chapter, the 'Movie Rating System' shall be the system established voluntarily by the motion picture industry of the United States to provide beforehand information to the parents to help them decide which movies shall be seen by their children.\nHistory —Aug. 9, 2002, No. 141, § 6, eff. 90 days after Aug. 9, 2002.
