For purposes of the applicability of this chapter, the 'Entertainment Software Rating Board (ESRB) System' is that voluntarily established by the United States video and/or computer games industry to provide information to parents in advance, which shall help them to decide which video and/or computer games they want their children to use.\nHistory —Sept. 22, 2004, No. 420, § 2, eff. 90 days after Sept. 22, 2004.
