Each cinematographic film distributor in Puerto Rico shall keep a record of each one of the films during the 4 years following each bid or negotiation, containing a copy of the notice referred to in § 2103(f) of this title, the date on which the bid or negotiations were initiated, the date of adjudication, besides the bids received and the names of the ones making the bids, and the winning bid.\nHistory —June 14, 1980, No. 133, p. 494, § 4, eff. 30 days after June 14, 1980.
