(a) The introduction, distribution, manufacture, retailing, exhibition, sale, advertising or offer for sale of any textile product in Puerto Rico that is falsely labeled, unlabeled or that is not duly labeled according to the provisions of this chapter, or if labeled, has false or deceitful information, or information that does not adjust to the nature of the textile or fiber in question, is illegal.\nHistory —June 14, 1980, No. 134, p. 500, § 3, eff. 180 days after June 14, 1980.
