Any person engaged in, or that manufactures, distributes or introduces textile products for the sale, offer to sell, display, distribution or retailing in Puerto Rico, shall register his name or that of his agent or representative and his firm name, as well as the address of his office or main business, his telephone number and any other information needed pursuant to this chapter, in the Department.\nHistory —June 14, 1980, No. 134, p. 500, § 8, eff. 180 days after June 14, 1980.
