Every manufacturer subject to the provisions of this chapter shall keep the records on the content of the textile products he manufactures for a term of at least three (3) years from the date the product was manufactured.\nAny person who substitutes a label for another according to the provisions of § 2159 of this title shall keep, for at least three (3) years, the name and address of the person or persons from whom he received the products on which he has substituted the tag or seal of label.\nIt shall be illegal if the records required by this chapter are not conserved.\nHistory —June 14, 1980, No. 134, p. 500, § 10, eff. 180 days after June 14, 1980.
