Any violation of the provisions of §§ 2202 and 2205—2208 of this title shall be a felony and shall be punished with a fine which shall not exceed two thousand dollars ($2,000) and imprisonment for a term which shall not exceed two (2) years, or both penalties in the discretion of the court.\nHistory —Sept. 21, 1983, No. 18, p. 401, § 11, eff. 60 days after Sept. 21, 1983.
