The sale, offering, importing to, and distribution of articles in Puerto Rico that include the phrase 'Souvenir of Puerto Rico', 'Puerto Rico' or any other phrase that entails the same meaning which, having been manufactured or produced in a foreign country, are sold or are destined for sale to the consumer under the deceitful appearance of having been produced in Puerto Rico, is hereby prohibited.\nHistory —July 3, 1986, No. 63, p. 216, § 1.
