The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to:\n(1) An event organized for the exclusive benefit of any non-profit foundation, partnership, entity or corporation and from which neither the operators nor the sellers benefit from the sales or from the entrance or parking fees.\n(2) An event in which all objects and articles offered for sale or on display are new and the sellers are bonafide manufacturers or distributors.\nHistory —Dec. 12, 1993, No. 126, § 4, eff.
