Any person who violates the provisions of this chapter shall incur a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be fined an amount not greater than five hundred dollars ($500), or imprisoned for a term not greater than six (6) months, or both penalties at the discretion of the court.\nHistory —Dec. 12, 1993, No. 126, § 11, eff.
