(a) Waiver. — Any waiver of this chapter by the lessee shall be contrary to public policy, shall have no effect, and shall be null.\n(b) Exclusion. — If any of the provisions of this chapter or its application to any person or circumstance were found to be unconstitutional, the rest of the chapter and the application of said provision to other persons or circumstances, shall not be affected.\nHistory —Apr. 13, 2000, No. 67, § 15, eff. 30 days after Apr. 13, 2000.
