The Compulsory Registry for Merchants and Businesses Program shall be responsible for preparing a registry consisting of an inventory in which statistical data may be identified and published, such as: number and amount, sales volume and type of services or company which entrepreneurs and other businesses are engaged, and other businesses that operate for profit in Puerto Rico.\nHistory —Aug. 12, 2000, No. 171, § 3; Aug. 10, 2002, No. 159, § 3, eff. 90 days after Aug. 10, 2002.
