The Executive Director of the Puerto Rico Trade and Export Company shall be the official responsible for drafting and submitting the rules and regulations for the approval of the Secretary of the Department of Economic Development and Commerce. The regulations adopted shall provide for the establishment and collection of a fee for searching for information in the registry.
