If the funeral home chooses to ask the applicant (contracting party) for an advance and the contributions cover the total amount of the expenses for the contracted services, the funeral home shall be bound to reimburse the advance and any sum paid in excess of the amount agreed upon and contracted for.\nHistory —Jan. 10, 1998, No. 23, § 7.
