Any person engaged in the business of renting or operating inflatable amusement rides or chambers shall pay the sum of fifty dollars ($50) for his/her registration in the registry and fifty dollars ($50) for the annual renewal thereof. The Fire Marshal may review the registration and renewal fees every four (4) years to adjust the same to the consumer price index, as determined by the Puerto Rico Planning Board.
