The inspection of inflatable amusement rides or chambers is an essential means to verify compliance with the provisions of this chapter, in order to protect the bodily integrity and peace of mind concerning children. To such effect, the Puerto Rico Firefighters Corps may conduct inspections without prior notice in order to verify compliance with this chapter and its regulations.
