Every owner or person engaged in the business of renting inflatable amusement rides or chambers shall be bound to obtain public liability insurance, including personal injury and property damage coverage resulting from operating inflatable amusement rides or chambers. The Puerto Rico Fire Marshal is hereby directed to establish through regulations the requirements to be met by the public liability policy.
