The Secretary of the Department of Consumer Affairs may impose on any natural or juridical person, who violates the provisions of this chapter, an administrative fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100) nor more than ten thousand dollars ($10,000) for each violation.\nHistory —May 16, 2006, No. 95, § 8.
