The Secretary shall have all the investigative powers conferred by the Constitution of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico; §§ 341 et seq. of Title 3, better known as the 'Organic Act of the Department of Consumer Affairs'; and §§ 2101 et seq. of Title 3, better known as the 'Uniform Administrative Procedures Act', in order to ascertain that the requirements of this chapter and the regulations thereof are complied with.\nHistory —Jan. 24, 2012, No. 39, § 6.
