This chapter shall be construed in order:\n(1) To facilitate electronic transactions consistent with any other applicable laws;\n(2) to be consistent in reasonable existing practices concerning electronic transactions and with the continuous development of such practices, and\n(3) to further the general purpose that with respect to electronic transactions, this chapter is uniform with those of other states that adopt this statute.\nHistory —Aug. 8, 2006, No. 148, § 6.
