The Secretary of the Department of Consumer Affairs is hereby authorized to implement the provisions of this chapter by adopting regulations within one hundred eighty (180) days after the approval of this act, which shall provide, among other things, penalties for self-service storage facilities that fail to comply with the provisions set forth herein.\nHistory —Aug. 10, 2011, No. 173, § 11.
