A special account denominated 'Fund for the Investigation and Audit of Financial Institutions and Gambling Casinos' is hereby created in the books of the Secretary of the Treasury and it is directed that the moneys that the financial institutions and gambling casinos pay annually to the Commissioner of Financial Institutions on account of audits, license applications, license renewals, investigations and any other type of income generated by action of the Office of the Commissioner of Financial Institutions, pursuant to legislation in force or that is approved in the future, be covered into such special account.
