Any regulations adopted by the Authority to implement the programs created by virtue of §§ 144 and 145 of this title and the program described in § 146 of this title, shall be exempted from the provisions of §§ 2101 et seq. of Title 3; however, the Authority shall see to the dissemination and publicity thereof for the knowledge of the general public. Any reference to the Secretary of Housing in §§ 261 et seq. of Title 7, shall be understood to refer and apply to the Authority. History —Mar. 9, 2009, No. 9, § 7.
