The Bank shall allot to the Puerto Rico Aqueduct and Sewer Authority the sum of twelve million, five hundred thousand dollars ($12,500,000), in order to carry out the following infrastructure projects: (a) the construction of a sewer system in the communities of Salinas-Providencia and Playa Santa, in the Municipality of Guánica; and (b) the rehabilitation and completion of the sanitary sewer system of the Antonio Lluberas community in the Municipality of Yauco. The Bank may impose upon the Puerto Rico Aqueduct and Sewer Authority such requirements and conditions as it may deem necessary to disburse the sum thus allotted, including commencement of the project within one hundred eighty (180) days, among others.
