The Bank shall assign to the Puerto Rico Infrastructure Financing Authority the sum of five million dollars ($5,000,000) for infrastructure projects and other expenditures required for planning, readying or operation of the XXI Central American and Caribbean Games, to be held in the Municipality of Mayagüez in 2010, insofar as the Bank receives reasonable assurances as to the holding of the event. If no such reasonable assurance is received, the Bank may apply these funds to any other purposes authorized under this chapter. History —Mar. 9, 2009, No. 9, § 11.
