(a) No later than thirty (30) days after the petition is filed, the Court shall hold a hearing, on notice in accordance with § 113kk of this title, to determine whether the petitioner is eligible for relief under §§ 113-113nn of this title.(b) No later than forty-five (45) days after the petition is filed, the Court shall enter an order determining that the petitioner is or is not eligible for relief under §§ 113-113nn of this title upon a finding that the petitioner satisfies, or does not satisfy, as the case may be, the eligibility requirements in subsection (b) of § 111l of this title.
