(a) After notice and a hearing, the Court may dismiss a case under §§ 113-113nn of this title) a legislative determination that the state of fiscal emergency underlying the need for §§ 113-113nn of this title has ended; or(1) a determination by the Court, or by a federal court whose judgment is final and unappealable, that the petitioner is eligible to prosecute a case under title 11 of the United States Code.(b) The Court shall dismiss a case under §§ 113-113nn of this title, and may condition such dismissal on such terms as are just, if the petition is withdrawn pursuant to § 111k of this title.
