The payment of the fees and charges prescribed in §§ 10047(e) and 10048(c) shall apply to the applicants and concessionaires covered by the decrees granted under the provisions of the different tax incentive acts in effect, to wit: this chapter, §§ 10024 et seq., 10012 et seq., 254 et seq., former 6006 and 6021a of this title and 693 et seq. of Title 23.
