No applications for exemption under §§ 10038—10052 of this title shall be received after the effective date of this act. However, the decrees granted thereunder or under similar preceding laws may be amended in accordance with their respective provisions. Applications for new decrees filed under said law which have not been granted prior to the effective date of this act may be processed under the present part, at the option of the applicant.
