The Secretary of the Treasury shall file with the Office of the Secretary of the Senate and the Office of the Clerk of the House on March 31st, 2012, August 31st, 2012, and January 31st, 2013, a thorough report on the economic impact, including, but not limited to, the number of persons that have availed themselves of the benefits of this chapter, the number of units sold, and the economic impact of the exemptions provided herein.
