Any qualified institutional investor that acquires a newly-built property between November 1st, 2011 and December 31st, 2012 shall be fully exempt for a five (5)-year term from real property taxes imposed in accordance with §§ 5001 et seq. of Title 21, and Act No. 7-2009, with respect to such property.
