This chapter and the program established herein shall constitute information of public interest. Therefore, the Department of Housing, the Department of Economic Development and Commerce, the Department of the Treasury, the Department of Consumer Affairs, the Housing Financing Authority, the Tourism Company, and all those public agencies, corporations, and instrumentalities concerned are hereby authorized to educate and raise the people’s awareness of this chapter, its program, and the benefits thereof, and to promote this program outside Puerto Rico to attract buyers and investors. It is crucial and indispensable for the citizenry to be informed on all that pertains to the program established in this chapter and that the same is promoted abroad to maximize the impact of this economic stimulus.
