Any person who makes illegal use of a credit card shall, for the purposes of this chapter, incurs a felony and shall be sanctioned according to the penalty provided in § 4556 of Title 33. History —Aug. 11, 1995, No. 155, § 3, eff. 120 days after Aug. 11, 1995.
