The Secretary may deny, suspend, or revoke any license requested or issued pursuant to the provisions of this chapter to any person who does not meet the requirements of this part and to any person convicted of a felony for illegal trafficking of drugs or controlled substances, or of weapons or ammunition, or for having been convicted of a felony for violations of §§ 3201 et seq. of Title 9. Furthermore, in the case of dealer licenses for motor vehicles or vehicle parts and accessories, the Secretary may deny, suspend, or revoke a license when the person has been convicted of a crime in violation of §§ 5001 et seq. of Title 9, known as the 'Vehicle and Traffic Act of Puerto Rico'.
