(a) The Secretary may deny permits to import or introduce spirits and/or alcoholic beverages to natural or juridical persons whose principal shareholders or directors:(1) Have been convicted of a felony in Puerto Rico, the United States, or any foreign country;(2) have been convicted of a misdemeanor for violation to this Code, the Puerto Rico Internal Revenue Code of 1994, as amended, or any preceding tax law, or(3) have misrepresented or concealed the information required to obtain said permit, and for any other just and reasonable cause.
