No holder of a permit granted pursuant to the provisions of this part or any other law shall use or allow the use in any way or manner of any receptacle, bottle, or container that bears the brand, trademark, or commercial or corporate name belonging to or used by another permit holder entitled thereto, without the consent of said owner.
