Every person engaged in operating public bonded warehouses shall obtain a license from the Secretary each year for each warehouse and shall pay for each license the fees established in § 32431 of this title. History —Jan. 31, 2011, No. 1, § 5050.03, retroactive to Jan. 1, 2011.
