(a) No dealer shall sell or give alcoholic beverages to any person under eighteen (18) years of age, whether for personal use or the use of other persons, nor shall he/she employ any person younger than eighteen (18) years of age to sell alcoholic beverages.(b) Every alcoholic beverage wholesaler or retailer shall require any person who appears to be younger than twenty-seven (27) years of age to present an identification card with a picture and date of birth prior to the sale of alcoholic beverages, or the employment or use of said person in dispensing, selling, or dealing in alcoholic beverages.
