Upon receiving such money to redeem the property in the manner described above, the agent shall notify the buyer, or his/her heirs or assignees, of the payment of said money, and he/she shall keep the same at the disposal of such buyer, heirs, or assignees. The aforementioned notice may be sent by certified mail to the last known home address of the buyer, or his/her heirs or assignees, in the manner set forth in the purchase certificate.
