The Secretary of the Treasury may impose and collect an administrative fine that shall not exceed two hundred (200) dollars in each case to any person who violates the provisions of this chapter, the requirements of the Secretary of the Treasury thereunder, or the regulations promulgated to that effect, unless it is shown that noncompliance is due to a reasonable cause.
