The Secretary shall submit a report to the Legislature on the implementation of this act, one year after its effectiveness, which shall include among other things, the achievements reached by it in terms of the collections made, the commissions paid, the problems encountered by the implementation of this chapter, the claims or allegations of the taxpayers regarding the collections made and the resulting judicial claims suits related to the collection procedure, as well as any other information that is relevant to the evaluation of the chapter.
