Unless cancelled or deferred pursuant to § 354f of this title, a sale or transfer authorized by § 354a of this title may, in the discretion of the Department of the Treasury, be continued or resumed from day to day, with no need to issue new notices, until the tax receivables or the right to receive payments on account of or any interest on all tax receivables, all transferable deficiencies subject to notice as mentioned in § 354e of this title have been sold.
