(a) As for the kind of income described in subsection (a) of § 355a of this title, there shall be imposed, charged, and paid a tax of twenty percent (20%) on said income. Taxes on said income shall not be subject to any charges on account of interest, penalties, or surcharges.(b) As for municipal license fees paid under the provisions of subsection (b) of § 355a of this title, there shall be imposed, charged, and paid a license fee on the basis of the municipal license fee rate applicable to each fiscal year. These license fees shall not be subject to any charges on account of interest, penalties, or surcharges.Taxpayers who wish to avail themselves of the benefits of this Program must comply with the provisions of this chapter.
