If any person transfers the hospital unit with respect to which he is enjoying the benefits under this chapter, said transfer shall be notified to the Secretary of Health of Puerto Rico and to the Secretary of the Treasury, and the acquirer shall enjoy, if he continues rendering the same services, the benefits provided by this chapter for the remainder of the exemption period; provided, that the Secretary of Health, in consultation with the Secretary of the Treasury, approves said transfer.
