Any person who manufactures, sells, uses, transfers, or acquires in Puerto Rico beer concentrate or reconstituted beer, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and the beer concentrate or reconstituted beer so manufactured, sold, used, transferred, or acquired, shall be confiscated by and forfeited to the Secretary of the Treasury of Puerto Rico.\nHistory —June 29, 1964, No. 120, p. 383, § 6.
