For the purposes of §§ 2101—2108 of this title, 'amplifier' or 'loudspeaker' shall mean every contrivance provided with a radio loudspeaker and tubes, or any other invention used to give greater volume and scope to the voice, music, or sound.\nHistory —May 15, 1937, No. 155, p. 414, § 1, eff. 90 days after May 15, 1937.
