It shall be illegal and contrary to the provisions of §§ 2101-2108 of this title to use an amplifier or loudspeaker for the following purposes:\n(a) To broadcast false advertisements for the purpose of deceiving the public or defrauding its interests.\n(b) To insult, defame, or try to discredit any natural or [juridical] person in Puerto Rico, or to broadcast false or libelous information.\n(c) To express one’s self in a manner that is lewd or against public morals.\n(d) To belittle, obstruct, offend, or ridicule the authority and dignity of any public official of the United States and Puerto Rico or of any foreign country who is visiting Puerto Rico.\n(e) To incite to rebellion, to riot, or to disobedience of the law.\n(f) To interfere with the holding of any public act which is being held legally.\nHistory —May 15, 1937, No. 155, p. 414, § 4, renumbered as § 3 and amended on Sept. 6, 2010, No. 133, § 12.
